Return Policy
TV Boards
All TV boards sold on our website are fully tested and guaranteed to be in 100% working condition upon arrival.
We only accept returns, exchanges, or refunds from certified TV repair shops.
- All parts are sourced either directly from manufacturers or from televisions with damaged or defective LCD, LED, or Plasma panels.
- Any boards that do not meet our quality standards are discarded.
Important Ordering Information
Please order parts by part number only.
Ordering by TV model number or board number may result in receiving the incorrect part. Many television models are manufactured with multiple panel and board variations.
The images displayed on our website show the actual parts being sold. Before placing an order, please verify the location of all connectors, components, and part numbers to ensure compatibility.
Remote Controls
All used remote controls are tested to ensure proper infrared (IR) communication.
Remote controls may only be returned if they are defective. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
Accessories
Accessories, including but not limited to TV stands, power cables, USB cables, and similar items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
Buyer’s remorse returns (unwanted or no longer needed items) are not available on all products and are subject to approval.
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Product Condition Definitions
New
Items that have not been previously used. Original manufacturer packaging may not be included.
Used
Items that have been previously used but have been tested and verified to perform their intended function.
Refurbished
Items that have been repaired, restored, and tested to ensure proper functionality.
